Brokedown Palace - Wrigleyville, Chicago, IL is seeking a Bartender to manage their bar section and assist on the floor. Responsibilities include pouring craft beer, wine and cocktails, and creating a lively, hospitality-driven atmosphere. Must have strong teamwork and be passionate about guest experiences.

Candidates should have 2+ years of full-service bartending, a deep knowledge of beverages, and be 21+. Benefits and flexible shifts are available; compensation is hourly with tips.

Qualifications

• Should have at least 2 years of full-service, high-volume bartending experience.
• In-depth knowledge of food, wine, beer and liquors.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to bartend.
• Able to communicate positively and efficiently.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the venue.
• Demonstrate bartending techniques and knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings.
• Describe daily features of Food & Beverage items.
• Oversee bar maintenance and coordinate service with team members.
• Work with bussers to clear and set the bar area.
• Provide anticipatory service and attend to guest needs.
