Level5 Hospitality is seeking a bartender to join its hotel management team in Bend, Oregon. You will greet guests, take beverage orders, and craft drinks while maintaining a clean bar area and ensuring responsible service.

Ideal candidates have prior bar or food service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (e.g. kegs)
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
