Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ seeks an attentive beverage server to prepare drinks and support cocktail servers.

You will set up the bar, replenish supplies, and ensure fast, accurate service while maintaining a clean work area and complying with liquor laws. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of related experience.
• Able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively with guests in English; position duties require clear, courteous communication.
• Adheres to state liquor laws and beverage control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for cocktail servers and guests quickly and accurately.
• Set up and replenish bar station with glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Prepare and serve beverage orders for cocktail servers in a timely manner.

• Notify management of any maintenance issues and complete additional requests.

Job Description: Prepare beverages for cocktail servers and patrons in a quick and accurate manner.

Set-up / Replenish bar station with polished glassware.

Set-up / Replenish bar station with ice, dry goods, paper products, juices, cut fruits, and garnishes for service.

Prepare and serve beverage orders for cocktail servers in a timely manner.

Prepare quality cocktails, beer, and wine according to the Hard Rock beverage standards and / or recipes to all servers.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.

Notify management of maintenance repair issues.

Complete any additional reasonable requests from management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum six (6) months of related experience required. Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities. Be flexible and adaptable to change. Adheres to state liquor laws and beverage control procedures that pertain to serving and handling. Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional kitchen setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke and excessive noise. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
