175 Hard Rock Bristol LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Bar Porter to maintain a high level of guest service while keeping the bar stocked and clean.

You will clean bar areas, stock beverages, prepare mixes and garnishes, greet guests, and respond quickly in a fast-paced casino environment. Shifts include weekends and holidays; neat appearance and English communication required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a bar porter and/or bar back in a casino, high-volume nightclub or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.

• Acknowledges, greets, and converses with customers who approach the bar.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Bar porter is responsible to maintain a high standard of customer service while ensuring the assigned bar is stocked and clean.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be neat and clean in appearance and physically fit to perform the duties required.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift & work inside assigned bar areas in the venue.
• Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy.
• May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
