Job Title: Bartender

Reports to: Management: GM, AGM, Hospitality Manager, and Floor Manager.

Summary: Prepares and serves cocktails, serves food items in the bar area, and handles currency transactions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and serving customers professionally and promptly
• Preparing alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and other beverages according to standard recipes
• Mixing drinks based on serving sizes to control costs
• Preparing garnishes for drinks
• Taking food orders and entering them into the computer
• Maintaining knowledge of the menu, beverages, and restaurant policies
• Keeping the bar area clean and organized
• Monitoring and restocking bar supplies
• Answering phones and taking messages as needed
• Managing cash drawer accurately and reporting discrepancies
• Processing transactions and submitting daily reports
• Completing opening and closing duties
• Reporting health and safety concerns
• Ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Following sanitation and nutrition guidelines
