Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a bartender to mix drinks to order and serve guests at our venues. The role requires knowledge of bar drinks and wines, a guest-service mindset, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be 19+ years old, prepared to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to pass a pre-employment credit check. Prior bartending experience is preferred and professional demeanor is expected.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. -Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests -Be responsible for having knowledge of all bar drinks and winesQualifications -Strong verbal communication; personable and guest service driven -Self-motivated with Professional demeanor -Pass a short bartending test -Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty -Must follow all SMG-SAVOR policies and procedures -Availability to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidaysEducation and/or Experience-Previous bartending experience preferred-Must be at least 19 years of age-Must be able to pass a credit checkKnowledge, Skills and Abilities-Excellent guest service skills: ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance.-Must have basic math skills; ability to count change and balance bank-Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training-Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders-Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, effectively work with others and work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands-Ability to stand and remain stationary for the entire length of shift-Constant standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions -Frequent lift, push or pull items and objects weighing up to 50 lbsWorking Conditions-May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on season -Moderate to extreme exposure to noise during events -May be exposed to vibrations caused by extreme noise during events -May be exposed to strobe lights/lasers during events -May be exposed to chemicals when cleaning locationsNoteThe essential responsibilities of this position are described under the headings above.
