Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Bartender to provide exceptional guest service and mix beverages efficiently. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced environments and be fluent in English.

The pay rate is $11 per hour plus tips, with responsibilities including serving drinks and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and available to work on nights and weekends.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to team members.
• Serve beverage orders in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls per company policy.
• Set up, maintain, and clean up the workstation.
• Ensure compliance with all product handling and inventory policies and procedures.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following established TIPS training and the Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy.
• Perform assigned opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with co‑workers and ensure service standards are met.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Physical capability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Availability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to perform tasks that involve constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience working in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club, or restaurant.

Pay rate: $11 per hour plus tips.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
