Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, cocktails, and specialty drinks.

• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, adhere to health standards.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting beverages and meals, based on their preferences


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, adhering to health and safety standards


• Manage cash register operations and process transactions accurately


• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed


• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with state and licensing regulations


• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience


• Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and techniques to enhance service quality

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado‑based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
