Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required.

Responsibilities

• Present bar and wine lists to guests.
• Assess guest preferences and make recommendations.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Take orders, serve drinks, restock bar inventory.
• Comply with all beverage regulations.
• Mix cocktails and serve beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Process bills or payments and balance cash receipts.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce rules and regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Present bar and wine lists to bar and restaurant guests
• Assess bar guest preferences and make recommendations
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks
  Restock and replenish bar inventory
• Comply with all food and beverage and alcohol regulations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and serve wine, bottled, and draft beer
• Process guest bills or payments and balance cash receipts
• Communicate with guests to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Enforce rules and regulations

Physical Demands:

• The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision & focus
