Job summary

Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn, a member of Genesis Hospitality and Dining, seeks a careful and efficient Bartender to join our team and deliver quality service. This part-time role requires weekend availability and includes duties such as maintaining bar cleanliness, garnishing, and keeping stocked with essentials.

The Bartender should know the menu items, assist in serving guests, and ensure prompt, friendly service while upholding regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present bar and wine lists to bar and restaurant guests
• Assess bar guest preferences and make recommendations
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks
• Restock and replenish bar inventory
• Comply with all food and beverage and alcohol regulations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and serve wine, bottled, and draft beer
• Process guest bills or payments and balance cash receipts
• Communicate with guests to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Enforce rules and regulations

Job Summary The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn, a member of Genesis Hospitality and Dining, is seeking an observant and efficient Bartender who can work with other members of our team to ensures quality and prompt customer service. This is a Part-Time position- must be available weekends. Please visit www.lambertvillestation.com for a comprehensive introduction to our property. The Bartender assists in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with all necessities. The Bartender should be knowledgeable about menu items and focused on providing excellent service to our guests.

Essential Functions

• Present bar and wine lists to bar and restaurant guests
