Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and assist Beverage Servers in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will use the POS system, verify IDs, and comply with state liquor laws while maintaining bar cleanliness and organization. Strong upselling skills and knowledge of drinks are essential for success on the gaming floor.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of state liquor laws and ID procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow steps of service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Operate POS terminal and handle cashiering duties.
• Monitor intoxication levels, verify IDs, and enforce shutoff procedures.
• Set up and break down bar following policies; maintain sanitation and stock.
• Provide friendly service and actively upsell endorsements.
