Job description

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing the highest quality service to guests and servers, maintaining Aimbridge Hospitality standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and following the requirements of the Banquet Event Order.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and hotel scheduling needs.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag as per brand standards.
• Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Meet certification requirements applicable to the position, such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and Banquet Event Orders to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
