Job Summary

The Banquet Bartender provides high-quality beverage service to members and guests during events, supports all club venues and staff, and maintains the bar and storerooms in an organized, clean, and secure manner. Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, and ensuring the bar is ready for all events.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar at the start of each shift (e.g., set bottles, garnish trays, stock juices, glasses, ice).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure liquor, beer, and wine are stocked and properly controlled.
• Know the various liquors, beers, and wines available.
• Complete all assigned side work to meet club standards.
• Address and rectify Member/Guest complaints promptly and professionally.

About You

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of beverages, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Familiarity with common cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Alcohol Intervention and Coach Certification (C.A.R.E.) preferred.
• Passion for exceeding member expectations and commitment to excellence.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
