Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells as a Bartender in our pre-opening team. You’ll craft handcrafted beverages, engage guests, and deliver energetic service at the Swim Up Bar in a world-class resort setting.

As part of a one‑of‑a‑kind opening, you’ll contribute to launching guest experiences that blend luxury with Midwestern hospitality, while collaborating with F&B teams to ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to guests in and around the swim-up bar area.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and resort policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with Recreation/Activities and Food & Beverage teams to support overall pool operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including pool
