Job Summary
The position is typically the first point of contact for Mountain View Co-op (MVC) customers. The Bartender/Casino Attendant (BCA) must maintain a positive and cooperative attitude that promotes teamwork, integrity, honesty, and helpfulness. The BCA must embrace and exhibit MVC’s philosophy and culture of customer service.
Reporting Relationship
Reports to the Location Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of customer service, phone etiquette, organization, basic math, MVC products, and safety procedures. Ability to establish effective relationships, work on schedule, communicate clearly, follow instructions, and work varied shifts.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED, prior customer service experience preferred.
