Qualifications

Under the direct supervision of the F&B ManagerSupervisor this position mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar for Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge To perform the job successfully an individual should perform the following essential functions of the position

• Mixes ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Serves wine and draught or bottled beer
• Collects money for drinks served
• Requisitions liquors and supplies
• Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
• Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks
• Informs guests of all food beverage and bar promotions
• Adheres to accounting practices and standards
• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of bar area
• Works closely with the kitchen in the serving of food
• Breaks down bar locks up liquor and stores fruit and juices properly
• Accepts responsibility for recognizing over indulgence of alcoholic beverages by customers
• Other duties as assigned by managerssupervisors
• Complies with laws of the State of Georgia
