Description

As a Bartender, you ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders quickly and following recipes and guidelines established by the Food and Beverage department. You will maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast-paced environment while providing superior guest service.

Responsibilities

1. Ask for ID from guests who appear to be under 30.
2. Accurately prepare drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in free pouring various shot sizes.
4. Engage with guests by asking about their previous visits and explaining what sets us apart from regular restaurants.
5. Take drink orders, suggest specialty drinks and non-alcoholic beverages, and deliver them promptly.
6. Offer menus to guests and explain menu items and options.
7. Ensure responsible beverage service and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
8. Enter all food and drink orders accurately into the POS system.
9. Present checks and process payments efficiently.
10. Pre-bus the bar by clearing food items and resolve guest complaints promptly, escalating to management if necessary.
11. Assist other stations as needed and complete additional duties assigned by a manager.
12. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Requirements
