Job summary

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Westwood, MA is hiring a bartender to craft cocktails and deliver top‑notch hospitality at the bar and dining room. You’ll greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, and upsell menu items while upholding food safety and responsible alcohol service.

• Craft memorable moments with personalized, attentive service that goes beyond expectations.
• Maintain exceptional service standards for all guests at the bar and in the dining area.
• Take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales.
• Create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care.
• Maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines.
• Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards.

Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front‑of‑house (FOH) restaurant role is highly desirable.
