Job summary

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a friendly bartender to join our team in New Jersey. You will greet guests at the bar, craft cocktails, and provide attentive service to ensure memorable experiences.

As a bartender, you’ll know the menu, follow alcohol laws, and work to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Training is offered, with potential for growth and health benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or FOH role is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage guidance is helpful.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, hospitality-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of the ACFP menu and suggest drinks.
• Create high-quality craft cocktails with consistency.
• Maintain awareness of alcohol laws and ensure responsible service.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Build genuine guest connections and memorable dining experiences.
• Operate a POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Stand for shift and lift up to 30 pounds; keep a clean, sanitary workspace.

• Take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times.

• Keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards.

Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front-of-house (FOH) restaurant role is highly desirable.
