Job Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, including tropical and tiki-inspired beverages.
• Follow house recipes and mix ingredients to maintain consistency and high quality.
• Pour beer, wine, and spirits accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well‑stocked throughout your shift.
• Set up and break down the bar according to opening and closing procedures.
• Restock garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed.
• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and engage in friendly conversation.
• Provide menu recommendations and educate customers on signature drinks.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification are preferred or must be obtained as required by California law.
