Job summary

Postino WineCafe seeks a Bartender to craft beverages to brand standards and guest requests, while maintaining a clean bar and supporting front-of-house teammates. You will deliver a full-service experience to bar guests and assist other positions as needed.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued in a vibrant wine-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service bar experience; combined industry experience will be considered.
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification is required
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required
• High school diploma preferred

As a Bartender your responsibility is to accurately prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or per guest request, while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area. This role delivers a full service experience to guests sitting at the bar and assists other service positions as needed.
