Job summary

Roles and Responsibility

• A strong knowledge or willingness to learn craft beer.
• Educating and assisting guests with food and drinks.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Keep the bar area up to standards in compliance of the local health department.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift.
• Mix all drinks based on the serving size outlined in the recipe books.
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar, and in the dining room, always satisfied.
• Responsible for all opening and closing side work as well as ongoing side work.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 21 years of age.
• B.A.S.S.E.T and ServSafe Certified within two weeks of employment.
