We are a high-volume sports bar and grill, a neighborhood favorite for families and individuals to celebrate a special occasion, catch the big game, or just have lunch or dinner. With over 100 TVs showing all sporting events, there is never a dull moment in our bar. We provide a fast-paced and exciting environment for our staff, along with the tools to help them succeed. We only use the best ingredients to make every meal remarkable.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Responsibilities include upselling items, creating recipes, using proper equipment and ingredients, and handling basic cleaning duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a pleasant drinking experience to customers.
• Serve drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
• Attend to the detail and presentation of each order.
• Prepare and maintain ingredients by following recipes.
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, safety procedures, and manage beverage inventory.
• Coordinate daily supply inventory and assist with deliveries.
• Contribute to daily, holiday, and themed drink menus.
• Ensure smooth bar operations during supervisor absence.
• Complete cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Assist in onboarding new staff.
• Address customer complaints and suggestions.
• Train staff on new equipment and cleaning methods.
• Participate in programs to improve service quality and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and ability to operate beverage service equipment safely.
