Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Waltham is seeking a friendly bartender to join our hotel bar team. You’ll craft great drinks, connect with guests, and create an inviting atmosphere for memorable experiences.

The role is part-time with nights, weekends and banquets. Responsibilities include serving beverages, educating guests on offerings, maximizing beverage sales, and maintaining a clean bar. Must be 21+, enjoy teamwork, and have English fluency; TIPS/ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment preferred; willing to train motivated hospitality professionals.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer, and wine.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and quality.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service.

As a Bartender, you’ll be at the center of our bar experience—crafting great drinks, connecting with guests, and creating an inviting atmosphere where memorable experiences happen.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
