Responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, service and clean-up of bar area while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of company standards and profit maximization.
Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified
Relevant bartending experience preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages.

No driving required. Must be able to handle records and all special requests. Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, follow verbal and written instructions in English, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be highly organized, attentive to details in crowded and noisy situations, and able to handle stressful customer service scenarios tactfully. Ability to accurately count cash and operate a cash register. Physically strenuous work including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout the entire shift.
