Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain required certifications.

• Knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation practices.
• Experience bartending in high-volume settings is preferred.
• Knowledge across all bartending areas.

• Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner.
• Be knowledgeable about Mountain Creek's products and services.
• Serve guests’ selections in a manner consistent with Mountain Creek's policies.
• Stock and maintain inventory at the designated workstation.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists.

• Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor.

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge facilities.

How the Bartender works with the Team:

A Bartender will serve alcohol to our guests in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, will provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choices by performing a menu tour and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Team Member Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation practices
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Knowledgeable in all areas of the bartending field
• Ability to work in a fast, upbeat environment
