Job summary

SNOW PARTNERS LLC is recruiting a Bartender for Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ 07462. You will serve alcohol to guests in a professional and friendly manner, provide menu guidance, and help guests make dining and drinking choices while ensuring satisfaction.

Core duties include creating new drink menu items, greeting guests enthusiastically, staying knowledgeable about Mountain Creek offerings, maintaining inventory at the workstation, and completing daily opening and closing checklists.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, mature and friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledgeable in all areas of the bartending field.
• Ability to work in a fast, upbeat environment.

• Complete daily opening and closing checklists
• Provide a positive team experience, earn customer loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor

How the Bartender works with the Team:

A Bartender will serve alcohol to our guests in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, will provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choices by performing a menu tour and ensuring guest satisfaction.
