Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal bartender positions. You will craft hot and cold beverages, provide top-notch guest service, and contribute to a welcoming bar experience in a mountain resort setting.

Starting wages range from $3.27 to $5.27 per hour plus tips, with a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour in tipped positions. Roles are seasonal 2026/2027, with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; we will teach you the necessary skills to perform the job.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

The expected pay range is$3.27/hr - $5.27/hr + tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
