Job summary

Vail Resorts in Stowe, Vermont seeks an experienced bartender to craft beverages, build guest connections, and contribute to a high-energy mountain experience. Seasonal, full-time shifts offer growth, tips, and a path to longer-term opportunities on a world-class resort team.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, provide exceptional service, and maintain a clean bar while adhering to safety and guest satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership's guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
• Prepare the bar for successful operation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the work day
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned

• Starting Wage: $7.21/hr - $9.77/hr

• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of Bartending experience
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be 21 or over
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 50lbs
  
  

The expected pay range is $7.21/hr - $9.77/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
