Job summary

Talk of the Town Restaurant Group is seeking a high-energy bartender to create a warm, memorable atmosphere for Guests. You’ll mix drinks, advise on beer, wine, and liquor, and ensure safety and hospitality standards are met.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving beverages, balancing cash, restocking, and collaborating with fellow bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Able to operate a POS terminal.
• Knowledge of state and federal alcohol laws.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

• Multi-task by handling bar guests and service tickets quickly.
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations.

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest-focused and provide rock-star service.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Collaborate with other bartenders.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Ability to multi-task by taking care of both bar guests and service tickets in a timely manner
• Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations and answer all related inquiries.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to company recipes
• Balance the cash drawer at the start and close of each shift.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Work with other bartenders
