Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wine, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and guide guests through our wine list
• Create wine‑based cocktails and seasonal drink specials
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
• Process payments and manage cash handling accurately
• Build relationships with regular guests and create welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with inventory management and ordering
• Participate in wine education and training sessions

Schedule

Wednesday through Sunday evenings, with flexibility for special events. Part‑time and full‑time positions available.
