Job summary

SPORTECH VENUES INC. is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender in Stamford, CT to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. You will create classic and innovative drinks, interact with guests, take orders, and ensure high quality service.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages, presenting menus, checking IDs, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized bar. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role at our on-site location.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy including POS; Toast experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Tips certification or the ability to obtain certification.

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and suggest menu items.

Salary Range: $8.23 - $8.23 Hourly

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drink
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar/food menus
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies (when a barback is not present)
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
