Position Summary

FireHorse Saloon is seeking high-energy, experienced bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant country dancehall environment. As a bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing drinks quickly and accurately, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and venue standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests at the bar and throughout the venue
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including restocking supplies and wiping down surfaces
• Comply with all TABC regulations and FireHorse Saloon policies
• Assist in inventory control by monitoring product usage and restocking when needed
• Accurately handle cash, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions
• Work collaboratively with barbacks, security, and front-of-house staff
• Monitor guest behavior and assist in maintaining a safe and respectful environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• TABC certified prior to first shift
• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or nightlife setting preferred
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills
