What You Will Be Doing

1. Providing excellent service to guests by greeting them and responding to inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
2. Mixing and garnishing beverages according to standards.
3. Checking guests for proper identification and serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with laws and regulations.
4. Processing payments accurately, including using the point-of-sale system, handling money, and processing credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
5. Stocking and maintaining the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
6. Ensuring product quality and safety of all beverage-related perishables.
7. Monitoring cleanliness and sanitation of the service bar, stations, and areas.
8. Performing other duties or projects as needed.

Requirements

Basic reading, writing, and math skills; some laundry experience preferred. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand and move about frequently, handle objects and equipment, and work in high-temperature areas.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months of related experience or training.
