Qualifications

• Previous bartending or beverage-service experience.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Polished, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to member service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be of legal drinking age; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the bar in a professional manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per club recipes and standards.
• Recommend cocktails, wine, beer and spirits to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Accurately process orders and payments with proper cash handling.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible-service guidelines.
• Coordinate with servers and management for smooth service flow.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown for events and banquets.

• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
