Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 6 months of bartending experience.
• Full weekend availability and flexibility throughout the week.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, beer, wine, and bar equipment.
• TIPS, TEAMS, or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency.
• Take drink orders, process POS transactions, and provide outstanding guest service.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar station throughout your shift.
• Verify guest age and comply with all federal, state, and company alcohol service policies.
• Assist cocktail servers and support beverage operations during busy periods.
• Recommend beverages and answer guest questions about menu offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations.
