The Brook in Seabrook, NH is seeking dependable Barbacks to support our beverage operations and guest experiences. You will keep bars stocked, organized, and ready to serve in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

We are a 100% employee-owned company that donates 35% of revenue to charitable causes. Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous bar, restaurant, or beverage service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and bar equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Dependable attendance and schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to guest service excellence.
• Must be able to safely and comfortably lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Stock the bar and keep beverage areas stocked and organized.
• Assist with inventory management and bar setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest-ready presentation of the beverage area.
• Support beverage operations to ensure smooth service and guest experiences.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and support fellow team members.
