Job Description

Rodizio Grill, the first authentic Brazilian steakhouse in the U.S., has an exciting job opportunity for a Bartender position. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the culinary scene and enthusiastic about providing an extraordinary guest experience. The Bartender position at our vibrant restaurant is Part-Time and requires the person to work on-site, as this is Not a Remote Job.

As a key member of our team, the Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their visits become memorable dining experiences. At Rodizio Grill, we strive to uphold a standard of excellence in every aspect of our customer service, and this role is crucial in achieving that objective.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Help answer phone calls when hosts and managers are not available.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, as well as proprietary recipes unique to Rodizio Grill.
• Assist the manager in placing orders for inventory upkeep.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Completes assigned side work by management.
• Weekends and holidays are mandatory work requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Ability to walkthrough, bend, and stand for extended periods.
