Job summary

The VIG Fillmore in Phoenix is seeking enthusiastic bartenders to provide an exceptional guest dining experience. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips, with advancement opportunities within Genuine Concepts.

Requirements include proven bartending experience (3–5 years), ability to track orders and table experiences, and valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card along with Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification. Full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender (3–5 years).
• Ability to track guest orders and monitor overall table experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card required.
• Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Check guest IDs and ensure legal drinking requirements are met.
• Restock stations before/after service.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
