Responsibilities

1. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
2. Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and colleagues.
3. Set up and break down the bar according to hotel standards, ensuring prompt service.
4. Prepare beverages and cocktails per hotel standards.
5. Serve guests courteously and professionally.
6. Follow all liquor laws and safety protocols.
7. Be knowledgeable about hotel services and facilities.
8. Respond to guest issues, complaints, and accidents effectively.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
10. Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience is a plus.
• Flexible with hours, including long shifts.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attend all required training and meetings.
• Maintain high personal appearance and grooming standards.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety regulations.
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality.
• Cross-train in other hotel areas as needed.
