Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills and develop effective proactive solutions.

• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to work independently if needed at an event.

• Serve Safe Certification (food handlers)

Responsibilities

• Ensures exemplary guest services through all forms of banquet bar service
• Ensures that events are properly equipped and executed by transporting, pulling, setting up and breaking down, as well as returning equipment to designated storages in compliance with standards and instructions.
• Performs side work by helping to provide a safe and clean work environment.
• Cleans and organizes the restocking of equipment/products returning from catering events.
• Understands safety responsibilities as well as environmental laws by following established procedures, polices, training and involvement activities.
• Performs other duties that could be assigned.
• Experience with full bartending including beer, wine, cocktails and mocktails.

Position Summary: The Bartender must have excellent communication skills, Must know and understand mixology at a high level of professionalism with attention to details. Problem solving, good organizational skills, multitasker without feeling overwhelmed. Can think quick on your feet. Has a true servant’s heart to please guests at all times.
