Shindigs is where great food, cold drinks, live music, and good times come together — and our bartenders are right in the middle of it all.
We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy bartender who knows how to deliver great drinks and even better hospitality in a busy restaurant and live-music environment. The right person can move quickly without sacrificing quality, connect naturally with guests, stay organized under pressure, and work as part of a team when the bar gets busy.
If you take pride in your craft, enjoy a lively atmosphere, and know how to make guests want to come back, we’d love to meet you.

- Maintain proper drink recipes, pours, presentation, and portion standards
- Check identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements
- Recognize signs of intoxication and handle alcohol-service situations professionally and responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready bar throughout the shift
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed
- Prepare the bar for service and complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and side-work responsibilities
- Communicate with servers, barbacks, kitchen staff, and managers to keep service running smoothly
- Support teammates and jump in wherever needed during busy nights, live music, and special events
- Help create the welcoming, energetic, and professional atmosphere Shindigs is known for
