Role Overview: This is a combo bartending role, splitting time between the prestigious Oak Room Bar (members only) and satellite banquet bars based on business needs. Preference for candidates with experience in high-end establishments such as country clubs, private members clubs, or luxury hotels.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up bars according to TPC standards.
• Preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages.
• Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with guests professionally.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering supplies as needed.
• Ensuring quality and consistency of drinks and presentation.
• Adhering to health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Promoting high-end spirits and signature cocktails to enhance sales.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Creating a refined ambiance that aligns with luxury standards.
• Handling financial transactions accurately and professionally.
