As a bartender, you’ll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here’s what you can expect:

• Serving food & beverages to guests following company policies and procedures
• Complete understanding of the menu & drink recipes to ensure excellent guest service.
• Proper service of alcohol including requesting I.D. & intoxication procedures
• Proper use of the POS system & cash/tip handling
• Comprehension of the wine list and pairing with menu items
• Keeping alert to guests needs such as pre‑bussing, refilling drinks, and attending to accidents.
