Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is hiring a Server for The Porch. You’ll join a values-driven team and contribute to our legacy of hospitality across 14 states and 150 locations. Expect to serve guests, learn the menu deeply, and uphold responsible alcohol service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to complete tasks as requested by Chef/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve food to guests in an assigned section.
• Demonstrate full menu knowledge to ensure excellent guest service.
• Proper service of alcohol including checking I.D. and following intoxication procedures.
• Operate the POS system and manage cash/tips accurately.
• Be attentive to guests' needs, including pre-bussing, refilling drinks, and addressing incidents.

• Serving food to guests in an assigned section
• Complete understanding of the menu to ensure excellent guest service.
• Proper service of alcohol including requesting I.D. & intoxication procedures
• Proper use of the POS system & cash/tip handling
• Keeping alert to guests needs such as pre-bussing, refilling drinks, and attending to accidents.
