Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Porch brand is seeking a server to join our team. You’ll serve guests in a friendly, value-driven environment and contribute to ongoing growth while learning the brand’s menu to provide top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others and assist team members, including seating guests.
• Ability to complete Chef/Manager requested tasks.
• Ability to stand/walk 100% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Serving food to guests in an assigned section.
• Complete understanding of the menu to ensure excellent guest service.
• Proper service of alcohol, including requesting I.D. and intoxication procedures.
• Proper use of the POS system and cash/tip handling.
• Keeping alert to guests' needs such as pre-bussing, refilling drinks, and attending to accidents.
