Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is hiring a bartender to join Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining team. You’ll serve beverages and food to guests, know the menu and drink recipes, and ensure excellent guest service. You’ll handle alcohol service including ID checks, use the POS system, manage cash and tips, and contribute to a welcoming, fun team environment.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys fast-paced service and building lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for the full shift.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests following policies and procedures.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items and drink recipes to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform alcohol service including verifying age with I.D. and following intoxication procedures.
• Operate the POS system and manage cash/tips accurately.
• Understand the wine list and pair with menu items.
