Role: Restaurant Bartender

The bartender is responsible for serving all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Candidates should be personable, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work scheduled events are essential.

1. Meet company standards for guest service, teamwork, and uniform appearance.
2. Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide accurate service.
3. Serve alcoholic beverages according to proper procedures and legal regulations.
4. Learn about various beer, wine, and spirits, and suggest upsells to guests.
5. Pour drinks responsibly, adhering to standard serving sizes.
6. Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
7. Communicate cut-off times as necessary.
8. Respond to customer requests and concerns professionally.
9. De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and involve security or management when needed.
10. Consult management for unresolved issues.
11. Restock and request additional products as required.
12. Maintain a clean, sanitary bar station and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
