Why We Need Your Talents

A Live! Bartender is responsible for greeting guests and providing prompt, accurate, and courteous beverage service while displaying an energetic, fun, and outgoing personality. Prepare and serve beverages to guests and assist servers in delivering beverages.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare beverages for guests and cocktail servers to provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, appropriate glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes, practicing prudent portion control.
• Manage orders and transactions through the register, maintaining accountability and providing receipts.
• Handle cash and bank procedures accurately.
• Keep guest and work areas clean, including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Follow all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations, especially regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state gaming regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Understand all PLCB regulations.
• Adhere to company and department appearance standards.

Qualifications
