Job summary

ITL Group is seeking a bartender to execute the beverage program with accuracy and professionalism while delivering an exceptional guest experience at the bar and dining room. The role requires strong product knowledge, adherence to recipes, and strict compliance with alcohol service laws.

The bartender will prepare and serve beverages per recipes, maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, engage guests professionally, enter orders into the POS, verify IDs, maintain cleanliness

Qualifications

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per company recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately.
• Verify guest identification and monitor responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Assist with stocking, inventory control, and bar setup/closing duties.
• Support service team during peak periods.

This role requires strong product knowledge, adherence to recipes and portion standards, and strict compliance with alcohol service laws.

• Employees must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times.
• The use of cologne, perfume, or other scented products while on duty is prohibited.

• Compliance with all ITL Group grooming, hygiene, uniform, and health code standards is required.
